Terms of Use — Ahea

Before you publish: Apple requires a EULA or terms link for apps that offer account creation. Host this at a public HTTPS URL and reference it in App Store Connect. If you do not supply your own, Apple's standard EULA applies instead. Replace the contact address below.

1. What Ahea is

Ahea is a discovery app for clothing. It shows you garments from independent retailers, learns which styles you respond to, and links you to the retailer to buy.

Ahea is not a shop. It holds no stock, takes no payment, ships nothing, and is not a party to your purchase. Every transaction is between you and the retailer.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You agree to give an email address you control and to keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

In the default configuration your account exists only on your device — there is no server, so an account cannot be recovered if you lose the device or forget the password. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account, which erases it and all associated data immediately and irreversibly.

3. Product information

Product photographs, names, descriptions, prices, sizes and availability are retrieved from each retailer's own public product listing and remain the property of that retailer or its licensors. Ahea claims no ownership of them.

This information is a periodic snapshot. Prices change, items sell out, listings are withdrawn. The retailer's own page is always the authoritative source, and the app shows how old its snapshot is. Ahea makes no warranty that any price, size or availability shown is current, and is not liable for a difference between what the app showed and what the retailer charges.

4. Buying

Selecting "Buy at …" opens the retailer's website. From that point their terms, privacy policy, pricing, delivery, returns and warranty apply. Questions about an order, a refund or a delivery go to the retailer, not to Ahea.

Saved items are a shortlist for your own convenience. They are not an order, reserve nothing, and guarantee no price.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, and don't use it unlawfully. Automated bulk extraction of the catalogue is not permitted.

6. Availability

Ahea is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or of continued availability of any retailer or product. Features may change or be withdrawn.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ahea is provided without warranties of any kind and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including losses relating to a purchase made from a retailer you reached through the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

These terms may change; the date above will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
